Captain & Mrs Ratcliff.
This customer instructed us to build a conservatory onto the rear of there garage and utility room coming off their kitchen area, to be able to add an additional room with outstanding views across the moors. We designed a Double Hipped Edwardian, with a welded box gutter to come off the flat garage roof and return the short distance around the kitchen wall.

The site awaiting construction.

Here we used the Mini Digger as this
was made up ground and had to dig
upto 1000MM depth.

With the Damp proof membrane in
place the rafters are installed.

With the lower section in a Brown smooth brick finish to complement the original property, we now have started
to fit the fully insulated dwarf walls
with XPM and ready to render.

The far wall is full height and to get the box gutter at the facial height we have
had to extend the frame and wall height from 2100mm to 2350mm.

Installing the fully structural BBA Ultraframe Classic roof, awaiting glazing with Pilkington Activ Blue, Self Cleaning. All our glazing is Pilkington K Argon Gas Filled.

XPM awaiting plastering.

Fully insulated floor.

Decorative Fascia insert.

Plasterers scratched coated, awaiting
the final float coat render.

Plasterers Final coat, float finished now awaiting painting to match existing property.

Fully finished with Decking. A joy to
hold any social gathering , or simply
just to chill out and relax.

A magnificent structure to compliment this wonderful home. The valuation
with this conservatory now exceeds the original investment to purchase the conservatory. A truly wonderful investment.
